You will be charged the full cost of your order immediately after placing it. The only exception is if you choose to pay via Afterpay, in which case you will be charged according to the payment schedule provided during their checkout process. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email titled “Order Confirmation” that includes all the details of your purchase.

Please email us at info@monrenn.com and we’ll let you know if we will be restocking the item otherwise you can sign up and be notified for a restock. Can I get a different size or colour than what is offered through the store? No. If a size, colour or other variant doesn’t appear online, it is not currently available.
Unfortunately we can’t change any information on an existing order once it has already been processed for shipment. This includes details like your shipping address, billing information, item, size or quantity. We also cannot cancel orders after they have been processed for shipment.
If you haven’t received your Shipping Confirmation email, we may be able to process a change or cancellation. Please contact us at info@monrenn.com as soon as possible and let us know the issue, we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll refund you. We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid this happening.
Note that if we don’t get a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.

Yes, Free Shipping is valid for orders that total AUS $200.00 or more that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and will be shipped via Australia eParcel Post Standard.

MON RENN is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. Any returned items that are not received by MON RENN will not be issued a refund.

AFTERPAY: Pay four fortnightly payments and receive your order right away. No interest or added fees apply. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: if you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.
All faulty apparel items are eligible for replacement or refund within 90 days of receiving your order; simply email info@monrenn.com with your invoice number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos for assessment, in accordance with our policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
