WARRANTY

All faulty apparel items are eligible for return for replacement or refund within a 90 day period from receiving your purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at info@monrenn.com and include the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been confirmed as faulty by MØN RENN.

If your product turns out to be faulty or damaged, MØN RENN will replace or refund the item; unless (but not limited to):

  • Product care label has not been adhered to
  • Cosmetic damages
  • Misuse
  • Outside the warranty period
  • Lack of proof of purchase

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement (should one be available), refund or repair for a major failure. 

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct laundering and care of the products.
